When you're ready

Erotic Imagination

Phase 1 of 6

Container and clarity

Warm the room. Soft lighting. Lie down naked or partly undressed. Belly breath until the body is settled. One sentence aloud: what you are here for tonight, without naming an outcome.

Phase 2 of 6

Body wakening

Slow self-touch across the whole body, away from the genitals. Sternum, ribs, hips, inner thighs, nape of the neck. Notice where attention is already pulling you. Do not follow it yet. Let the skin grow hungry.

Phase 3 of 6

Following the pull

Let one erotic image, memory, or longing arrive on its own. Do not steer it. When the body responds, bring the hand to the clitoris, vulva, or shaft with slow contact. Stay inside the image: notice what draws the most charge. A forbidden glance, a withheld word, a detail that should not matter but does. That detail is often the core of the scene.

Phase 4 of 6

Edge and pause

When arousal climbs toward orgasm, withdraw the hand completely and breathe. Three full rounds of breath before returning to the same place. Repeat as many times as the body will tolerate. Each pause teaches the nervous system that pleasure can spread without discharge. The pause is the practice, not the interruption.

Phase 5 of 6

Choice

You may continue slow genital touch, or stay still. If orgasm arrives, let it move through the belly, chest, and throat rather than collapsing afterward. If you choose not to come, stay with the ache as part of the scene. Either way, end with the hand still and the body unhurried.

Phase 6 of 6

Integration

Both palms on the chest. Six slow breaths. One sentence aloud: what your body knows now that it did not at the start.

Coming back

After the ritual

  • Stay alone for at least thirty minutes.
  • Do not analyze what arose. The body is still integrating.
  • Write one sentence in a private place, if anything wants to be written.
