Liminal

Liminal exists for some of the most private moments in your life. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We have tried to write it the way we write everything else: plainly.

What we collect

Your email address, if you subscribe to the weekly letter.
Messages you send us through the contact page.
Feedback: anything you choose to tell us after a ritual.
Usage information: standard technical data such as pages visited and session activity, collected through analytics tools.

How we use it

To send the letter you subscribed to, and to answer messages you send us.
To improve Liminal, using feedback and aggregate usage patterns.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers to run Liminal: hosting and database infrastructure, email delivery, and session analytics (FullStory). Each receives only what it needs to do its job and is bound by its own contractual and legal obligations.

Retention and deletion

Every letter carries a one-click unsubscribe link. To have any data we hold about you deleted, including from an account or ritual created on an earlier version of the site, email hello@liminalbliss.com and we will confirm once it is done.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work, such as remembering your language, plus analytics cookies as described above. We do not use advertising cookies.

Age

Liminal is for adults. You must be 18 or older to use the service.

Changes

If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you directly.
